Crispy Italian Bar was born out of a shared passion of two friends for their culture and cuisine.  
Our purpose is to introduce the essence of our traditional Italian bars, presenting a delicious and innovative concept of dining to the Gold Coast. 
With freshly sourced local ingredients beautifully cooked in our wood fired oven.

bar italiano - traditionally in Italy the term “bar” means a place with a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, serving coffee, pastries and savoury italian foods that are  known and loved by many, like our traditional Panini and Pizzas.
Unquestionable one of the biggest symbols associated with the pleasure of Italians to give yourself a coffee at any time of day or an aperitivo at sunset.
Italy has played an essential part in the history of “bars” differentiating itself from other countries in creating a tradition that has become over time typically Italian.
